Referral form 

We specifically support young people identified as facing  risk factor from those detailed below 

Displaying signs of anti-social behaviour

-Either disengaged, excluded or at risk of exclusion from education

-Not in employment or training (NEET)

-Looked after children In or leaving care 

-Mental health 

-Experiencing significant challenges out of school – including factors such as a lack of role models, family breakdown, bereavement, isolation and historic domestic violence.


Empower Growth

  • We empower young people to Build strategies and create techniques to be resilient and confident within themselves. 

    Manatees learn to Identify self-worth, confidence, and self-reflection on behaviours. Our sessions encourage young people to learn and manage emotions by channelling their anger and attachments through positive behaviour interventions. (therapeutic gardening) offers a calming experience. 

Empower the youth

In 2019 we took one of our mentees on a trip to Bournemouth for the weekend. One of our manatees's never experienced leaving Birmingham city before. He worked hard throughout the program to earn a trip to Bournemouth.
